Employee Feedback and Assessment
Strategic Resource Inc. provides your choice of customized online or paper pencil "Surveys" to meet your informational needs. Our "Insight" Employee Survey" consists of 130 core questions that provide an assessment of performance behaviors as well as employee attitudes within the workplace.
Survey results are broken down demographically into three primary performance areas and fourteen discrete employee evaluation categories.
Survey questions can be weighted to select on those behavioral characteristics best suited to the needs of the organization. We will provide an interpretive report and summary data using the Insight "Organization Assessment Grid". We will help you use that data to establish priorities and develop an action plan for improvement. The Insight Employee Survey will help your organization in the following ways:
- Measure organizational effectiveness in those discrete employee categories which most affect performance (see chart below)
- Identify performance problems and sources of dissatisfaction
- Involve employees in the analysis and solution of problems
- Provides a learning experience for managers, department heads and supervisors
- Assists in fostering management credibility and strengthen supervisory and employee relations
- Provides management with the statistical data necessary to evaluate organization effectiveness and develop planning objectives

Take the: Insight Sample Survey
Survey results are available real-time online to selected viewers or even survey participants. Survey results can be viewed in Summary or by individual results. Results can be filtered and viewed crosstab and can be downloaded and shared via Excel, Access or Power Point.
