Welcome to Performance Plus™
Performance Plus™ is a fully automated performance evaluation tool that
utilizes current Microsoft based products to manage your performance evaluation
process. Although initially developed for use in a Human
Resource environment, Performance Plus™ has demonstrated capability that easily
transfers to almost any situation that requires performance evaluation.
Essential features of Performance Plus™ include the following:
- In a Human Resource environment,
Performance Plus™ uses specific job related
criteria to establish the basis for qualitative performance indicators.
The number of criteria and corresponding indicators (questions) is limited
only by the amount of system memory.
- Evaluation criteria
can be tailored by class or individually by job code for
all positions in
the organization.
- Individual performance evaluation results can be grouped for comparison
in any number of ways. For example, you can:
- Determine how
one employee's evaluation compares to another employee or group of employees in the same
position or against other positions.
- Determine how one supervisor’s evaluations
compare against other supervisor evaluations.
- Group evaluations by job class and
compare one class to another.
- Monitor
evaluation trends and ensure that evaluation results match performance
achievement.
- In addition to supervisory evaluations, Performance Plus™ provides a
means to conduct "individual", ""peer" or "other" evaluations as well.
- The Performance Plus™ evaluation can be shared with the employee and
is designed to provide feedback with regard to the employees perceived strengths, weaknesses and areas that require
additional work.
- Built for use on current Microsoft based products.
- Can be used “runtime” with a PC at the desk or online
using Access or SQL operating in an ASPX environment. That means reduced cost to the employer with the ability to maintain
security through the organizations own computer network.
- Can be used as a stand-alone product or can be
integrated with the organizations Payroll system.
