Performance Management

We work with you in the implementation of our Performance Plus™ performance management system.  Using your current Microsoft based software, Performance Plus™ allows you to customize our fully automated appraisal program to your specific needs. 

SRI Organization Assessment Process

The "Insight" organization assessment process is uniquely designed to assess organizational effectiveness in fourteen discrete employee categories that most affect performance.  In addition to the "Insight Employee Survey", we also use web based technology to facilitate management/employee interaction, identify key concerns, and conduct focus groups. 

Compensation Toolkit

A properly designed and skillfully managed compensation system helps provide and environment that stimulates performance and enhances productivity.  The "Compensation Toolkit" was designed to provide a comprehensive approach to the management of your compensation program.  In addition to training your staff on basics of compensation and the day-to-day use of selected software to manage an individually designed program, we can assist you with employee classification, job analysis, position descriptions and compensation policy development and implementation.

Disciplinary Action in the Workplace

"Disciplinary Action in the Workplace" is a 1/2 day presentation meant to enhance the skills of your management staff in dealing with how to handle the face-to-face disciplinary action often overlooked because of fear or inadequate skills to deal with employees.
